Isabella Goza is an associate attorney at ROS Law Group, PLC whose practice areas include ERISA matters and employment disputes on behalf of employers, plan fiduciaries, and third-party administrators throughout the United States.

Ms. Goza received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Finance from the University of Memphis in 2019, where she graduated magna cum laude. She then earned a J.D. from The University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2022. 

While in law school, Ms. Goza received the CALI Award for Insurance Law. She also externed for the Honorable Judge Annie Christoff at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. In addition, Ms. Goza was a member of Law Review in 2020-2022 during which time her student note was chosen for publication in Volume 52 of The University of Memphis Law Review.

In her spare time, Ms. Goza enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
